Residential Eviction Fee Schedule

There is enough uncertainty for those who own and manage rental residences. We mitigate uncertainty in the eviction process by offering fixed fees for our services in Durham, Wake, Guilford, and Mecklenburg counties. We also prosecute eviction actions in surrounding counties:
Basic Residential Eviction Attorney Fees:
  • We offer flat fee arrangements to prepare and file the Summons and Complaint  for eviction in small claims court and to appear at the hearing. We are willing to discuss special pricing for volume clients.
Appeals: If your case is appealed by either you or your tenant, we can represent you in district court.
  • We offer a flat fee arrangement for representing your eviction in district court. If other motions or discovery are  necessary additional fees may apply
Court and Sheriff’s Fees:
  • There is a $96 filing fee for the Complaint plus a $30 service fee per additional defendant charged by the Court & Sheriff’s Department.
  • There is a $25 fee plus a $30 service fee per additional defendant charged for execution of the Writ by the Sheriff’s Department.
